This year might’ve been unpredictable but one thing we do know, is that Christmas is around the corner… and that means it’s time for a roundup of my favourite beauty and homeware advent calendars of 2020. So if you’re stuck in an advent calendar rut and you’re unsure about which one to buy, or perhaps you’ve already bought a calendar but you’d like to add another to your collection. There’s the usual skincare and beauty favourites, with a few homeware versions thrown in. I’ve selected a wide range of calendars – some are purse-friendly, some are a bit pricey and some are a bit quirky. These calendars are perfect for counting down to Christmas in style. Wilko’s advent calendars are always cheap and cheerful, which I love.
My favourite calendar of theirs this year is this homeware-themed one. Start your countdown to Christmas by lighting a candle everyday.

6. PRETTY NAIL POLISH ADVENT CALENDAR | £4.59, CHEMIST4U
Bring the manicure home this Christmas.

7. No7 THE WONDERFUL WIZARD OF OZ: 12 DAYS IN EMERALD CITY BEAUTY CALENDAR | £32.00, BOOTS
No7’s Wonderful Wizard of Oz-themed calendar is limited edition and it encapsulates some of the most memorable moments of the film. It’s 12 days of fun.

This is an advent calendar with a difference. It’s got sheet masks for the face, eyes, hands and feet.
