Hello my lovelies, it's been ages since my last blog post. It's almost the most wonderful time of the year again. Yep, I'm talking about Christmas. So I thought I'd get everyone into the festive spirit with a roundup of my favourite beauty advent calendars this year. Despite what some may say, you're never too old for an advent calendar! And with it being Black Friday, there's plenty of bargains to be made. I did a similar post a few years ago which went quite well - I featured 5 advent calendars but this year, I've rounded up 20. We've got budget-friendly ones, pricey ones, vegan ones, perfume ones... There's literally something for everyone.

bargain at £6. It's probably the cheapest one I've seen. You can be sure that you'll be counting down to Christmas in style and without doing damage to your bank account.

This is more of a fashion advent calendar than a beauty one but I had to include it. I must be living
under a rock cause I've never heard of a jewellery advent calendar. (I did actually find another one for £850 by Carolina Bucci but that's a story for another day) This is a 12-day calendar with a unique feel.
What's inside? Necklaces, earrings and interchangeable charms to jazz up your Christmas party outfit. The jewellery is hypoallergenic too - thanks to the Skin Kind technology used so it's perfect for sensitive skin.

This advent calendar is by the charity Macmillan Cancer Support. Charles M. Shultz; an American cartoonist once said, Christmas is doing something a little extra for someone. This calendar certainly promotes that idea. If you buy it, £2 will go to Macmillan so you'll be doing something a little extra for charity - you'll have the warm glow of knowing you've helped people with cancer live life as fully as they can.

5. DR HAUSCHKA CHRISTMAS 2019 ADVENT CALENDAR | DR HAUSCHKA, £85 | BUY NOW
There's a doctor in the house! I'm not familiar with this brand but this calendar looks so good it's made my list of faves. Designed for beauty lovers of all ages, the skincare products will have your skin poppin’ in the run up to Christmas Day and on the 25th, you'll eat Christmas dinner in the smug knowledge that you have the best skin at the table.qq

I mean... Is it really a round up of my faves if I don't include the Harrods one? The festive season hasn't truly sprung until the Harrods Beauty Advent Calendar Arrives. It's a coffret (small box) style calendar packed with 25 treats to keep you looking on point during the festive season.
What's inside? Both travel and full-size products. There's 7 makeup products like the NARS smudge-proof eyeshadow base, Huda Beauty demi-matte liquid lipstick, Anastasia Beverly Hills brow gel and other essential treats. 8. CLASSIC BEAUTY ADVENT CALENDAR | L’OCCITANE, £45 | BUY NOW
Worth £79, this book-shaped calendar takes you on a narrative journey about almond trees and how they disappeared from the Provence landscape in the 1950s. The story goes that L’Occitane and their producers brought almond trees back to the Provence in 2000. At present, there is now an abundance of almond trees.
What's inside? Think of the three S’s; shampoos, shower gels and soaps. There's also an eau de toilette.

10. DEBENHAMS BEAUTY ADVENT CALENDAR 2019 | DEBENHAMS, £45 (WAS £90) | BUY NOWAs seen in this year's Debenhams Christmas advert, this calendar is worth over £190 and jam-packed with 24 surprises.
What’s inside? Debenhams £5 gift card and lots of skincare products and makeup.

12. WREATH ADVENT CALENDAR | YANKEE CANDLE, £17.49 (WAS £24.99) | BUY NOWDeck the halls with boughs of holly. Fa la la la la, la la la la. This one's a beauty advent calendar with a twist. You might be wondering why it's on the list as it's more of a homeware calendar, but I love Yankee Candle so I just had to include it. I guess you could say that the candles will beautify the home?
What's inside? You get 24 cute tealight candles with all the scents of Christmas including pomegranate gin fizz, Christmas cookie, snowflake cookie, cinnamon stick to name a few. You also get a glass tea light holder so you don’t have to buy one separately.

14. LIMITED EDITION BEAUTY ADVENT CALENDAR | THE WHITE COMPANY, £160 | BUY NOW
This year’s advent calendar by The White Company is back by popular demand, so it must be something spectacular. It’s worth £264 but priced at £160 so it’s definitely good value for money. It’s an advent calendar so you’re probably expecting all the ‘christmasy’ colours. Lots of red, green, gold, silver. Don’t be fooled by the lack of colour. The monochromatic colour scheme is ubiquitous within the company’s brand. This calendar is sure to pack a punch. Once you open the first door, you’ll be wanting to open the rest before the end of advent. But obviously you can’t do that because you’ll be on Santa’s naughty list.

15. ITS CHRISTMAS DEER | LUSH, £150 | BUY NOW The official advent calendar for 2019 has sold out completely. However there are other alternatives on their website like this en-deer-ing one. It’s a box of 24 vegan treats.

19. REVOLUTION NYE COUNTDOWN ADVENT CALENDAR | SUPERDRUG, £25 | BUY NOW
Now this is something a lil’ different. It's a spin on a traditional advent calendar and shows they aren’t just for Christmas. There’s something to open on Christmas Day, all the way up to New Year’s Eve. Got a new year’s eve party planned? Make up, sorted. If you’re like me and continue to feel festive in the run-up to the new year, this calendar is perfect. I’ll definitely be buying this as a way of continuing the post-Christmas festivities (provided it isn’t out of stock).

20. LACURA COUNTDOWN TO NEW YEAR ADVENT | ALDI, £14.99 | BUY NOWAnd finally, to round up my list of faves is another New Year's calendar. It's a cheaper alternative to Make up Revolution’s version.It’s a 6-day calendar, starting on Boxing Day and finishing on New Year's Eve.
